Terms & Conditons

ROARSOME PLAY STRIVE TO BE AS FLEXIBLE AND ACCOMMODATING AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER, TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR VISIT TO ROAR THERE ARE A FEW BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT EXIST TO PROTECT US AND YOU.

 

By booking with us or entering the venue you are agreeing to these terms.

1.    All persons must obey the safety rules at all times for the safety of themselves and others.

2.    Customers will be removed from the venue (without refund) if they fail to follow the rules.

3.    Children must be supervised by a responsible adult or carer at all times, but not on the play equipment unless an emergency. 

4.    We recommend a minimum of one adult being present per five children.

5.    Our staff are not responsible for the welfare or behavior of your children.

6.    The responsible adult must ensure a reasonable level of behavior, by the child, is maintained at all times.

7.    Indoor Play is a physical activity, therefore please take all reasonable precautions as you would when exercising, such as bringing an asthma inhaler, wearing sensible clothing and drink plenty of fluids.

8.    We recommend those; with heart conditions, light sensitive epilepsy, are pregnant, or have any other condition that may become worse with physical activity, do not enter the frame.

9.    Use of the venue and equipment is at your own risk.

10. Be advised that some food products within the party or cafe meals may contain traces of nuts.

11. Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed at Roarsome Play. 

12. Any deposit or pre-payment is non-refundable, however at the discretion of the management, you may re-arrange for a different day, change your timeslot, or receive a credit note for use at Roarsome Play. 

13. Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card. We do NOT accept American Express or personal cheques.

14. We reserve the right to alter any part of Roarsome Play or its services, at any time without notice.

15. Shoes must not be worn on soft play equipment.

16. All children and adults entering the play structure, MUST wear socks.

17. Jewellery should not be worn whilst playing on the framework.

18. Children should comply with the age restrictions specified for each area.

19. Children under 4 should not be left unattended at any time.

20. The main play frame is recommended for children over 4 only.

21. Parents of younger children may allow their child to use the main frame, but do so at their own risk.

22. All injuries must be reported to a member of Roar staff immediately.

23. Children wearing glasses should, where possible, remove them whilst playing, or take special care.

24. Roarsome Play does not accept any liability for any loss or damage of any personal items or clothing of any person using the premises.

25. Destructive, disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated from either children or adults, and behaving in such a manner could result in you being asked to leave, and in serious cases the Police being called.

26. We do request that guests familiarize themselves with the Rules of Play which are clearly displayed in Roar reception and inside Located around the main play area, as by booking with us or entering the venue, you are agreeing to the RULES of PLAY.

27. The Company reserves the right to refuse admission without notice or reason.
